Know your fitness level with the Fitness Test workout. This program takes the user through increasing intensity, up to 15 minutes long. Once the user reaches 85% of their theoretical maximum heart rate, the test will stop and the user will be given a score correlating to their overall fitness level.

 

Sweat it out with the Aerobic Endurance workout. After a warm-up, the user is pushed to maintain a recommended pace of 140 strides per minute as the machine increases CrossRamp inclines and resistance.
