In 2009, CNN told the story of Lan Yin Tsai, an intrepid 84-year-old woman who, for 26 years, biked the New Jersey's City to Shore -- a 150-mile bike ride to benefit multiple sclerosis research. And she did it in heels and a dress on an old-fashioned one-speed bike to boot.
