Zane recently posted about the struggles for men to develop an exercise routine, but women have equal if not more demands on our schedules. A regular workout schedule for women is extemely difficult to maintain with all of the demands on our days. Most of us work and have euqal if not more items to juggle in our days. And if there are kids in the picture, it goes without saying that most of the time, the bulk of those scheduling obligations are on us.
So how do we do it? We know that health is important but where can we find the time?
